Speaking of Genocide why is it?

The US is up in every one elses business, making sure all the worlds worst leaders are brought to justice for their evil deeds against humanity.

Don't you think it's about time the US was brought to justice for the genocide it commited against the indiginous peoples of the Americas?

They commited inexcusable crimes against these natives. Mass murders, rape, and torture. To mention only a few. Completely iradicating some indian tribes. They killed thousands by knowingly giving out smallpox contaminated blankets, and of course, we mustn't forget that at this time, most of the ones commiting the crimes, were european, or of direct european decent.

Speaking of Genocide why is it?
How would you suggest that the US be brought to justice? The people that perpetrated these crimes against the native americans are ALREADY DEAD. Now, native americans are given benefits for their ancestory and the crimes against their people. I think justice is being carried out now.
Reply:Its true them iraq' aint da only ones responsible however 2 wrongs dnt make a ryt so now we know better we have to prevent such things from happening
Reply:Yes. Let's dig up all those leaders from the 1600's, 1700's, 1800's and 1900's and try them for their crimes.
Reply:The people that performed that genocide are long dead. It makes about as much sense to blame the US now for the genocide then as it does to blame the Catholic church now for the Crusades.
Reply:Uh-huh. Yeah.

So does that mean I can demand reparations from the British government for allowing the confiscation of land which once belonged to my Irish ancestors? Can I demand justice for the brutality, the starvation, the deaths that it caused?

Can I ask Queen Elizabeth II to pay for the crimes of Elizabeth I?

Moral responsibility has no expiration date. But the truth of it is, financial responsibility does. Justice isn't fair, it never has been, it never will be.

And we have to live with it.
Reply:I agree totally.
Reply:Genocide has been going on in our society even today. How many people have read the book, Lab 257 By Christopher Carroll? How many names does one diease need, for instance mad cow diease, before it was cruensfelt-jakobs and before that it was scrappy, and since mad cow diease it is Chronic wasting diease. The bird flu was, exotic newcastles diease, before that it was Maleria. I believe that a hearing should be called to have these rogue scientist , and Princeton University, account for their using us as thier lab rats in the clinics that Federal Gov. are a part of. How many people know that there are three types of tuberculosis? They are typhoid, pneumonic and meningeal. Left in the right hands these scientists have been able to treat the symptoms and leave theses parasitic worms to continue to do their distruction. These dieases were brought under control many years ago, but a group of people decided to change history. Someone should ask Princetone University about they're knowledge of D Vannostrand and the WAR PRODUCTION BOARD?
