i bought a indian blanket from a person outside the U.S. that never sent it,and the person says they dont have it anymore and they said my money is spent already i guess. they sent me pretty much a IOU email it looks like. what can i do about it ? i used paypal. would they help me go after the person, and if so what if the money isnt in the person's account anymore ?

yeah!! paypal has buyer protection- call them about it! they may credit your account. also, the credit card you used prob has some protection on it. few people know this, but you prob have the protection even without subscribing to the extra service they push. in any case, leave negative feedback to warn other buyers!!
